Ever travelled/had someone travel for a "first" date? 17/8/2004
As a male, I have travelled a long distance or had someone
travel a long distance (more than 200 miles - often thousands)
to meet for a "date" which inevitably or very
quickly turns to sex (the prima facie reason for meeting).

Why do people want to invite strangers to their home on a
first date rather than meet in public. Men you need to think
